Troubleshooting:
What does ‘Beta’ mean?
Although the current software is fully-functional, it is currently in its second phase of field testing. Weblink Updater 5 will be officially released once sufficient user feedback is gathered. To receive notifications on Weblink Updater 5 updates, see question 4 below.
I installed both Weblink 4.1 and 5.0 Beta on my PC. Can I still use Weblink 4.1?
Yes. Although we encourage the use of Weblink 5.0 Beta, you may revert back to 4.1 at anytime in case of emergency. Simply click the 'FLASH WITH UPDATER 4' button in the Weblink Updater section. This will indefinitely use Weblink 4.1 as your default updater going forward. Should you wish to revert back to Weblink 5.0 Beta at a later date, simply come back to this page and click the 'FLASH WITH UPDATER 5 BETA' button link in the same location.
I am experiencing problems with my 5.0 Beta firmware. What can I do?
Document your problem as accurately as possible.
If the problem is preventing you from working efficiently, switch back to Weblink 4.1.
Report your problem by clicking the "Report a bug" button at the bottom of the updater page.
