Online sales policy

We at Automotive Data Solutions, Inc. (ADS) sell our products — including Maestro, iDatastart, and iDatalink — through "Authorized Retailers” which we define as companies that purchase our products directly from us or from one of our approved distributors.

The online selling of any ADS-branded products is not authorized from ANY online retailer except Crutchfield.com or Crutchfield.ca. Products not sold by “Authorized Retailers” are therefore ineligible for technical support and are not covered by our warranty. These include, but are not limited to, ADS products sold on Amazon, eBay, Newegg, and Walmart.

Before buying an ADS-branded product online from any retailer other than Crutchfield, check with the seller to ensure you will have adequate after-sale service and support. Buying ADS products from an unauthorized reseller may leave you without any form of technical support, guarantee or warranty.
